Easy, accurate inputting of patterns into your Gerber CAD system
You can quickly and efficiently input pattern pieces into your AccuMarkTM system in several ways: through SilhouetteTM, Pattern DesignTM, or by digitizing. The digitizer workstation consists of a digitizing table with menu, and a cursor. The digitizer allows you to enter information that describes a pattern piece.
Using a predefined grade rule table as a reference, an entire range of sizes can be graded from a single base size pattern during digitizing. Here are some of the types of information you can enter into the system:
- Grading information and data
- Piece outline and internals, such as stripe and plaid lines, and drill locations
- Piece identification
- Notch type and location, up to five different kinds per piece
- Piece labels and special point information, such as instructions for the GERBERcutter® system
- You can use special digitizing techniques for a variety of pattern requirements, such as nested, copied, or mirrored pieces.
- All of the information entered into the digitizer is directly stored in the AccuMark system, where it is then ready for pattern modification and the marker making process.
