Spread large-diameter, lightweight rolls

The 91/121 Synchron systems are multi-purpose, spreading systems that are ideal for large-diameter rolls, such as laminated fabrics used in the automotive industry. These systems feature a unique cradle feed system that assures tension-free spreading of even the most difficult fabrics, at speeds of up to 100 m/min. (110 yds./min.).The cradle feed system with electric cradle tilt offers easy and fast loading/unloading and threading/rewinding of fabric rolls of up to 200 kg (450 lbs.) and eliminates the need for a cloth bar.

The control system on the Synchron spreaders is based on the newest technology available on the market. A new touch operator panel offers a multilingual, intuitive interface for the operator. Spreading data input is prompted, memory capacity for 25 fabric settings is built in, and a help function is available.

A new state-of-the-art cutting device cuts extremely fast in both directions. The multifunction speed throttle combines essential functions, allowing for one-hand operation.

Synchron spreaders incorporate the latest microelectronic circuitry, for a  streamlined, compact unit that is easily accessed for maintenance.
